Night cream. 5 days on.

Five days ago, I wrote this, having taken my first steps into the world of anti-ageing with my pot of ‘triple-action’ night cream.  As I mentioned, the packaging said that by today, I’d be refreshed.

So, here, I am five days on, do I feel and look refreshed?  Do I heck!

Thanks to a clingy baby, a very late night out and crippling back pain, I feel like an old lady.  My skin is a bit spotty, the crow’s-feet have not disappeared and I have, in my tired stupor, shoved the cream on my eyeballs on more than one occasion.

Of course, I shall persevere and keep slapping it on.  I also have another plan though, I am going to apply the night cream, then sunglasses and then a paper bag over my head.  How’s that for triple-action?
